Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and refine pricing and financial models for client proposals
Analyze billing, rate, and profitability data to identify trends and opportunities
Prepare and manage rate approvals and entries within Elite 3E
Support development of alternative fee arrangements (AFAs) and budget scenarios
Extract, manipulate, and analyze data using Excel and SQL
Create reports and dashboards related to pricing, rate changes, and client profitability
Partner with Finance Systems and IT teams to validate data and troubleshoot issues
Contribute to process automation and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in pricing, FP&A, or data analytics
Bachelor's degree required
Law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred
Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets
Clear, confident communication skills with non-financial stakeholders
Ability to manage priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with Elite 3E or similar financial systems preferred
Experience supporting law firm pricing or legal operations teams
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
Interest in pricing strategy, automation, and data-driven decision-making
