Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate large-scale technical programs, defining goals, critical paths, and key deliverables across multiple teams and dependencies
Drive end-to-end system solution design, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business objectives
Identify and resolve program risks, manage resources, and secure stakeholder commitments to maintain program momentum
Implement process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accelerate delivery timelines
Mentor team members on program management best practices, technical design, and effective communication strategies
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align priorities and resolve conflicts for successful program outcomes
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in program management techniques, tools, and frameworks to lead complex, large-scale technical programs
Strong ability to define goals, stage gates, critical delivery paths, and manage cross-functional dependencies effectively
Experience in technical design, including system architecture, software, hardware, and cloud infrastructure solutions
Skilled in stakeholder management, securing buy-in, and resolving conflicting priorities to drive alignment
Proficient in process improvement, automation, and implementing scalable workflows to enhance team efficiency
Excellent communication skills to influence decisions and present data-driven insights clearly
