Responsibilities
Gather, validate, and analyze financial and operational pharmacy data
Define problems, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights to support decision-making
Prepare clear and concise summary reports and presentations for leadership
Support monthly financial close activities under tight deadlines
Utilize advanced analytical tools and methods tailored to specific projects or initiatives
Collaborate with pharmacy, finance, and other interdisciplinary teams as needed
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
Minimum of three (3) years of accounting or financial experience required
Strong understanding of financial reporting
Advanced computer skills required, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel, including: Sorting, importing, and exporting data, Use of formulas and lookups, Manipulating and analyzing large data files
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Highly organized, analytical, and results-oriented

Healthcare experience preferred
