Responsibilities
Supervise financial reporting and planning for R&S assets
Manage closing activities for timely financial reports
Oversee cost accounting activities and variance analysis
Collaborate with operations to enhance cost efficiency
Support FP&A and sales on pricing and profitability analysis
Prepare audit data for internal and external auditors
Develop and update monthly forecasts and budgets
Ensure compliance with SOX process controls
Train and develop staff, providing performance feedback
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in accounting with 6+ years in cost accounting
Experience in manufacturing and supervisory roles
Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred
CPA or CMA certification
Experience with financial reporting and P/L management
Previous experience in budgeting and forecasting
