Responsibilities
Promote excellence throughout the organization
Prepare financial reports and statements including support for month-end and year-end close processes
Assist with physical inventory administration
Establish and maintain customer account information
Compile Sales by State Report and file coinciding sales tax for multiple states
Support other departments for effective collaboration
Provide general support to the accounting team by assisting with various tasks and projects as needed, ensuring smooth daily operation across functions
Qualification
Required
Dedication to excellence and quality output
BBA or BS with a major in accounting and two plus years of experience in a Manufacturing environment
Knowledge of Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Reporting
Excellent written and oral communication
Experience with ERP Systems. Knowledge of Info Visual software a plus
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Working knowledge in Microsoft Office ®
Preferred
Audit experience preferred
