Responsibilities
Polished and professional office communication – you are a visible representative of the VLS Department and must present in a polished and professional manner at all times
Maintain up-to-date Client Case Lists
Save & Distribute Incoming Mail
Download and save court ECF filings using firm naming conventions
Process Vendor Invoices using Chrome River software
Process Expense Reimbursements using Chrome River software
Ad Hoc projects such as: large PDF bookmarking projects and large OCR projects
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working in a law firm setting
Preferred
Strength in MS Teams preferred; previous remote work experience preferred
iManage, Chrome River and Kofax experience preferred
Advanced skillset using Microsoft Suite Programs (e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
