Responsibilities
Assist with documenting and maintaining business, technical, and operational metadata
Support data catalogs, business glossaries, and data standards
Help inventory and classify enterprise data assets (databases, reports, dashboards)
Participate in data governance working sessions and capture notes and action items
Perform basic data analysis or profiling with guidance
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand data usage
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled undergraduate student (minimum GPA 2.7)
Basic understanding of data concepts (databases, tables, fields)
Familiarity with Excel or similar tools
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Interest in data governance, data management, or analytics
Preferred
Coursework or exposure to databases, SQL, or data analytics
Experience organizing or documenting data for school projects
Curiosity about how data is created, managed, and used at scale
