The Permit Coordinator I will be responsible for receiving and reviewing permit requests, obtaining city-specific parking permits, and managing communication with customers and local sign posters.

Responsibilities
Receive and review approved permit requests from MovingPermits.com dashboard and send request to HubSpot
Research requested address on google maps and street view and reach out to HQ and or makes notes as needed within HubSpot
Organize list of requests by date and city within HubSpot
When within the appropriate lead time for that specific city, follow prescribed steps to apply for the permit on city specific website
Use company credit card to pay city for each permit request when approved
Schedule the posting of Tow Zone signs with the local sign poster on the appropriate date based on that cities rules and regulations
Inform local sign poster of any specific posting requirements if needed
Send HQ permit documents
Communicate with HQ regarding any issues or mistakes
Follow HubSpot workflow guidelines
Review line items and pricing before sending the deal for billing
Qualification
Required
Command of English - oral & written
Well organized with keen attention to details
Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines
Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload
Equipment: a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that meet our minimum requirements
