Responsibilities
Lead HR strategy and execution. Ensure alignment between business imperatives and the HR strategy and objectives
Partner with senior leaders to determine effective HR solutions to facilitate organizational growth and effectiveness
Act as strategic advisor on all aspects of people and leadership including development plans, change management, team effectiveness, employee engagement
Facilitate annual HR processes (i.e., compensation planning, performance management, talent review, workforce planning etc.)
Lead HR projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 10 years' experience in HR, including senior level HR Business Partner roles, required
Successful track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in a global and fully integrated Company
Experience in life sciences required
Preferred
Experience in HR Centers of Excellence (i.e., Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, Employee Relations) preferred
