Respond to coverage and billing inquiries, including explanations of coverage terms and rate changes
Coordinate with claims adjusters to facilitate documentation and reporting for active policies
Update policy changes within the book of business and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Communicate regularly with industry representatives regarding insurance products, coverage options, rates, carriers, and regulatory updates
Stay informed on industry standards and policy changes to support internal teams, including underwriters, sales representatives, and service staff
