Senior Business Administrator

Responsibilities
Provide complex calendar and time‑planning support for executive leaders
Manage community spaces and conference room calendars
Coordinate meeting logistics, room setup, and AV troubleshooting
Drive operational execution across business rhythms
Own projects and deliverables with minimal supervision
Identify risks, streamline processes, and improve workflows
Support planning and execution of team meetings, offsites, and events
Create itineraries, manage logistics, and track outcomes
Oversee equipment inventory and space assignments
Process expenses, purchase orders, and assist with budget tracking
Partner closely with Finance and Business Managers
Support recruiting logistics, onboarding/offboarding, and headcount tracking
Manage team seating, office moves, and space planning in partnership with space planners
Plan domestic and international travel using Microsoft tools
Build efficient itineraries and ensure travel documents and policies are met
Mentor early in career administrators, share best practices, and contribute to team culture
Engage in ongoing learning and development
Qualification
Required
2+ years Administrative, Business Support, and/or customer service experience
Preferred
3+ years administrative, business support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and basic administration work
Associate's/Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) OR equivalent experience
1+ year(s) experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training)
Familiar with Microsoft tools, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and OneNote
Accountability, reliability, and confidentiality
Ability to work in the office a minimum of 3 days a week, some weeks may require 5 days in office
A great attitude and positive approach to people and tasks
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and solve problems
Ability to make timely decisions, prioritize, and exercise sound judgment with appropriate urgency in situations that require a quick response
