Responsibilities
Advise the CEO, leadership team, and Board on legal, governance, and risk matters
Build and lead Keystone’s legal function, creating scalable systems that support growth
Oversee key commercial agreements, partnerships, and strategic alliances
Partner with revenue and business-development leaders to improve contracting efficiency
Manage outside counsel relationships across top-tier firms and boutiques
Own governance, compliance, and risk frameworks for a PE-backed business
Navigate complex matters involving privilege, conflicts, and sensitive stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Senior in-house legal leader (AGC, Deputy GC, or GC) or a senior law-firm partner
Deep experience advising PE-backed or platform businesses
Strong commercial judgment
Comfort in high-change environments
Sophistication around sensitive legal matters
Interest in building something durable and meaningful
