Mid, Senior LevelNewmark Title Services is seeking an experienced and highly organized Post-Closing Manager to oversee all post-closing activities for commercial real estate transactions. This role is critical to ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all post-closing requirements.

Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the post-closing process for commercial escrow files from closing through final policy issuance
Ensure all documents are properly executed, recorded, and returned in accordance with underwriting and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with escrow officers, title officers, underwriters, attorneys, and lenders to resolve post-closing issues
Review closed files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to final file storage
Track and follow up on outstanding items, including recordings, final policies, endorsements, and payoff documentation
Prepare and deliver final title policies and post-closing packages to clients and lenders in a timely manner
Maintain organized and accurate post-closing records and reporting
Develop and implement post-closing procedures to improve efficiency, consistency, and risk mitigation
Serve as a resource and point of escalation for post-closing questions or issues across the team
Qualification
Required
Previous post-closing, escrow, or title experience required, preferably in commercial real estate
Strong knowledge of title policies, endorsements, recording requirements, and post-closing compliance
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a high-volume environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and title/escrow software systems
Self-directed, proactive, and capable of managing workflows independently
