Responsibilities
Execute Month-End Close activities
Prepare calculations in alignment with Contingent Rent Agreements
Prepare payment requests
Prepare settlements according to established contracts
Perform GL account reconciliations and subledger reviews
Conduct follow-up on open items
Process amortization of prepaid expenses
Perform expense account analysis
Maintain effective communication with Finance Leads and BSRO Stores
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Accounting Cycle
Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, open items follow-up, and financial analysis
Intermediate Excel
Strong analytical capability, proactive mindset, decision-making ability
Integrity, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and strong communication
Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
High initiative and ownership
English: B2 or B2+ (Advanced)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred), Finance, Business Administration, or 90% of coursework completed
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (plus)
SAP, Lawson, and TirePro (desirable)
