Responsibilities
Lead and supervise accounts payable staff to maintain workflow efficiency
Manage full-cycle AP and disbursement operations
Ensure compliance with client billing rules, audits, and firm policies
Maintain strong internal controls, audit readiness, and regulatory reporting
Support multi-entity and multi-currency accounting operations
Utilize financial systems to improve automation, accuracy, and reporting
Track departmental performance using data, metrics, and KPIs
Partner with senior leadership on departmental initiatives and improvements
Qualification
Required
7+ years of Accounts Payable experience
3–5 years in a supervisory role within Legal or professional services
Bachelor's degree (required)
Experience with enterprise legal accounting platforms
Strong process improvement and change management capabilities
Excellent communication and organizational skills
