Responsibilities

Acquire new luxury watch & jewelry traders and dealers as Shield clients
Manage and grow long-term relationships with existing accounts
Attend trade shows and conduct in-person meetings, store visits, and virtual calls
Negotiate commercial terms and close payment processing agreements
Act as the bridge between clients and Shield’s operations team
Hit and exceed revenue and onboarding targets

Required

3+ years of experience selling to or buying from luxury watch or jewelry wholesalers, dealers, or exporters
An existing network of watch/jewelry dealers, exporters, or high-value trader
A proven track record of closing high-ticket deals ($5M–$10M+ annually preferred)
Understanding of international trade, compliance, and payment flows for luxury goods
Comfort working with relationship-driven sales, repeat buyers, and long sales cycles
