Responsibilities

Providing program operations support and direction to program coordinators and directors across joint academic programs
Leading Student Affairs efforts on behalf of the Earth Commons Institute in coordination with University Student Affairs offices
Providing student support for students across programs in the Earth Commons; connecting with resources, key stakeholders, and facilitating needed support
Serve as a resource to students, directors, and/or coordinators across all Earth Commons academic programs
Collaborating with Program Directors at graduate and undergraduate levels to develop and provide opportunities for shared co-curricular programs
Develop student co-curricular programming focused on Environment and Sustainability
Lead the assessment of student engagement and co-curricular impact, including climate surveys, feedback collection, and learning outcomes tracking
Provide case management and support for students experiencing personal, academic, or behavioral challenges

Required

Master's degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Environmental Studies, or a closely related field
At least 5 years of professional experience in student life, academic affairs, or student support roles
Proven experience working collaboratively with faculty and academic programs

Preferred

Familiarity with interdisciplinary environmental education or experience in a sustainability-focused academic context
Experience supporting students in both academic and co-curricular settings
Strong communication, facilitation, and assessment skills
