Responsibilities

Setting targets, implementing plans, and tracking results to drive continuous improvement
Leading the team in problem-solving initiatives and facilitating workshops to enhance quality improvement methods
Handling personnel issues and ensuring proper team management
Fostering individual development within the team
Maintaining compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and intervening to mitigate risks

Qualification

Required

Associate's degree in engineering/Diploma, with a specialisation in Production
1-3 years of production experience, preferably in the automotive industry
Team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Operational level of English
