Capturing responses accurately in our systems
Communicate trends and exceptions internally
Participating in monthly meetings
Making ongoing recommendations for improvements
Qualification
Required
Exceptional customer service skills and telephone manner
Highly organized and systematic approach
Comfortable and efficient with computer systems, including MS Excel and Word
Self-reliant and works well independently
Team player
Post graduate studies
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven self-motivated individual who shows perseverance and can overcome objections and handle challenging customer disputes over the phone
Proven ability to learn quickly
Must have excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize
