Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of high-value integration services, providing expert guidance and support to customers, ensuring seamless data flow and compatibility
Ensure integration solutions meet functional and technical requirements
Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between our Customers’ systems and our platform
Serve as the technical expert on CRM and ERP systems, understanding how they are structured, used, and leveraged by our Customers
Work with relational databases, using SQL to manage, manipulate, and extract relevant data for integrations
Maintain a strong understanding of transaction-level sales data and its role in business operations
Provide support to both internal teams and customers during integration projects
Partner with product and engineering to support the development of integration services tailored to our Customers’ needs
Identify opportunities to upsell consulting services and additional data solutions

Required

5+ years of experience in system integrations, with a focus on CRMs and/or ERP systems, and data analysis
Advanced in SQL and working with relational databases
Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
Strong understanding of CRM and ERP system functionalities and business processes
Experience managing multiple integration projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and customer expectations
Ability to work cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and customer-facing teams
You must have an eligible work permit in the USA to be considered for this position
