Responsibilities
Collaborate with project design teams through all phases of design
Prepare original architectural layouts, details, drawings, and specifications
Review architectural documents to identify and resolve interdisciplinary conflicts
Coordinate and integrate architectural work with other engineering disciplines
Apply critical thinking and sound design judgment to project assignments
Support and mentor junior staff as part of a growing team
Manage client, owner, and contractor relationships with professionalism
Balance multiple projects and priorities while maintaining quality and schedule expectations
Participate in periodic travel as required for project needs
Qualification
Required
NCARB Registered Architect
Minimum of five years of relevant architectural experience
Familiarity with local codes and authorities having jurisdiction
Knowledge of FGI Guidelines for Healthcare Facilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven leadership and time management abilities
Comfort with client-facing responsibilities and healthcare design environments
Preferred
Experience with Revit
