As a Security Officer Unarmed Driver Patrol, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries, conducting routine patrols and providing customer service at a food and beverage location.

Responsibilities
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production and warehouse location
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and operational disruptions through the site’s established channels
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, loading docks, parking lots, and perimeter lines to help to deter unauthorized access and/or unsafe behaviors
Control access by monitoring doors, gates, and visitor entry points, verifying identification and/or delivery documentation, and directing visitors and drivers to appropriate check-in areas
Monitor inbound and outbound truck traffic by observing yard activity, assisting with driver check-in, and documenting arrival and departure information per site procedures
Perform exterior and interior patrols with attention to critical assets such as raw material storage, finished goods areas, and restricted rooms, escalating concerns per post orders
Complete routine documentation such as shift logs, incident reports, and patrol activity reports with clear, factual details
Operate and monitor security-related systems such as CCTV, alarm panels, and access control devices when assigned, and coordinate responses with onsite contacts
Assist during emergency situations such as fire alarms, severe weather, and medical incidents by following site instructions, notifying appropriate personnel, and supporting orderly movement to designated areas
Communicate professionally with employees, contractors, visitors, and transportation partners while enforcing site rules, including PPE requirements and restricted-area controls, when applicable
Qualification
Required
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
