Corpay is currently looking to hire an Electronic Distribution Specialist within their Lodging division. In this role, you will grow and maintain the electronic distribution of the Corpay Lodging/TA Connections network of hotels, while resolving connectivity issues and collaborating with IT and connectivity partners.

Responsibilities

Grow and maintain the electronic distribution of the Corpay Lodging/TA Connections networks through directory management and ongoing updates
Complete audits and cleanup initiatives
Maintain electronic files and records
Communicate with hotels regarding connectivity status
Research, identify, and resolve connectivity issues
Troubleshoot internal and external connectivity issues
Perform test reservations and analyze results
Coordinate with connectivity partners to resolve issues
Communicate identified defects with management and IT team
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

1+ year of data entry experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Detail‑oriented and self‑motivated
Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
Ability to learn and navigate PC and web‑based applications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel)
Ability to work in fast‑paced environments
Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively

Preferred

Previous hospitality experience preferred i.e Hotels
