Responsibilities
Responsible for the startup, commissioning, and scheduled or emergency service on data center cooling systems
Support products and services within our Thermal product family
Execute preventative maintenance, such as coil cleaning, filter changes, fluid samples and fluid remediation
Establish, promote and maintain excellent rapport with all customers, co-workers, sales representatives, and others as appropriate
Qualification
Required
Experience working with Mechanical and Electrical systems
Experience working with hand tools and power tools
Familiarity with electrical / electronic test equipment and fundamentals
Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Computer skills and understanding computer logic
Elementary fix/repair techniques based on directed supervision
Understanding of Psychrometrics
Strong mathematical capabilities
Ability to work on ladders or work comfortably at heights and on roofs
Have an EPA608 license or take the EPA 608 license exam and pass the test within 6 months of being hired
Travel is required
Flexible schedules (weekends, evenings, and holidays)
May have on-call responsibility
Valid driver's license
Must be at least 18 years old
Preferred
HVAC basic understanding preferred, but not required
