Business Development Manager - PCB Sales (Remote / Strategic Hunter)
H&T Global Circuits is seeking a Business Development Manager focused on PCB Sales to drive growth through strategic hunting. This role involves building a prospect database and executing outreach plans to generate qualified leads and establish partnerships with major OEMs and Contract Manufacturers.

Responsibilities
New Business Hunting: Aggressively prospect, qualify, and close new accounts within assigned territories and verticals (e.g., Automotive, Telecom, Medical, IoT, Industrial Controls, and more)
Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Guide opportunities from initial cold call through RFQ, sample orders, and into volume production, becoming the customer's primary point of contact
Strategic Penetration: Develop and execute account plans and penetration strategies to build a dominant market position
Market Intelligence: Act as the voice of the customer and competitor, providing critical feedback to shape our capabilities and strategy
Qualification
Required
5+ years in PCB fabrication or EMS sales, speaking fluently about impedance, stack-ups, and lead times
A verifiable track record of growing accounts 30%+ YOY while maintaining 95%+ retention
A documented hunter process: experience building a prospect database and a history of success with strategic cold outreach

A bachelor's degree in marketing or engineering (Electrical/Computer preferred) or equivalent technical sales experience
