They are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to provide counsel on complex litigation issues and financial transactions while representing clients in commercial litigation cases.

Responsibilities
Represent clients in commercial litigation cases, including contract disputes, corporate governance issues, and business torts
Advise clients on finance-related legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, structured finance, and regulatory compliance
Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and legal briefs
Provide legal advice and strategy on complex business and finance-related issues
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal teams to ensure high-quality representation
Manage case files and maintain client communications throughout the litigation and negotiation processes
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the Tennessee Bar (or ability to obtain admission promptly)
3-6 years of experience in commercial litigation and finance law
Strong knowledge of commercial law, contract law, and financial regulations
Exceptional legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority cases with attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
Preferred
Experience representing clients in high-stakes litigation and complex financial transactions
Familiarity with regulatory agencies and compliance matters
Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced legal environment
