Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices
Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation
Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations
Perform unit, system, and integration testing
Debug and fix technical problems
Support the development of detailed technical documentation
Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users
Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration
Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions

Required

A minimum of SEVEN (7) years of ServiceNow experience
Bachelor's degree required
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD 'PUBLIC TRUST'; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
US Citizenship is contractually required
Experience in ServiceNow Modules such as HRSD, GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps
Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels
Heightened attention to detail when developing technical solutions

Preferred

Experience working in an Agile environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD)
Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF)
Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Washington, DC metropolitan area 2-3 days per week
Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST, preferred
Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications
General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), particularly in a federal environment
