Foster strong collaboration with internal stakeholders—Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, and Mission Management—to align planning processes with business objectives and technical requirements
Develop and implement key performance metrics (KPIs) to effectively track material actions, identify risks, and highlight opportunities for improvement across electronic component lifecycles
Ensure accuracy and maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOMs), part records, and master data, particularly for EEE components, circuit boards, assemblies, and other Avionics products to support streamlined procurement and production
Establish and leverage commodity lead times and part availability data to enhance design release processes and minimize supply chain disruptions across critical avionics hardware
Drive timely release of procurement planning messages and ensure efficient coordination with suppliers for long-lead components
Ensure on-time issuance of work orders to production and purchase orders to procurement, supporting seamless manufacturing and supply chain operations
Serve as a key resource in Clear-to-Build and Material Readiness meetings, providing accurate material availability insights and resolving electronic component constraints
Update demand forecasts and supply plans in response to engineering change orders (ECOs), ensuring clear communication of revisions to internal and external stakeholders
