Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate production activities across all departments to meet schedule requirements
Ensure proper staffing, coverage, and efficient use of labor
Provide leadership, direction, training, and problem resolution for team members
Promote continuous improvement and reinforce performance expectations
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety policies, and company procedures
Communicate production status, issues, and shift handoff details to management
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Materials, and other Supervisors to resolve issues and improve processes
Provide training and/or instruction on related work procedures to coworkers
Open and close shifts as needed
Dispose of non-conforming products as directed
Maintain punctual and regular attendance
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
General knowledge of electronic components, printed circuit boards, and manufacturing processes
Ability to read and understand production documentation and mechanical drawings
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to motivate personnel and meet production deadlines
Understanding of production flow, material requirements, and quality expectations
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
Previous manufacturing leadership experience
