Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic testing and quality control in accordance with established policies and procedures

Prepare reagents and accurately report laboratory results

Review and oversee moderate‑ to high‑complexity laboratory testing

Monitor and maintain laboratory computer applications

Maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, and inventories

Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards

Collaborate effectively with laboratory and clinical teams

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification

Clinical Laboratory Technologist LicenseClinical laboratory experienceAssociate’s degree in Medical TechnologyQuality controlCollaboration

Required

Associate's degree in Medical Technology or a related scientific field

State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License

Clinical laboratory experience

Minimum of four (4) months of experience in a clinical laboratory setting

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a related scientific field
