InternEduTrend is a remote-first edtech startup building a behavioral tracking and analytics platform for students with special needs. They are seeking backend development interns to build reliable APIs, work with real data models, and ship production-quality features.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
Design and implement GraphQL schemas, queries, and mutations
Model, store, and query data using MongoDB
Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control
Use Redis or other caching strategies to improve performance
Collaborate with frontend developers to support end-to-end user flows
Write and maintain unit and integration tests
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, debugging, and production readiness
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript
Experience building backend services with Node.js
Experience designing and implementing GraphQL APIs
Experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
Familiarity with Redis or backend caching strategies
Experience writing backend tests (unit and/or integration)
Exposure to Docker and CI/CD workflows
Strong understanding of API design, data modeling, and backend architecture
Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows
Clear communication and ability to work async in a remote team
