23XI Racing is looking for a college junior or senior to serve as the Finance Data Scientist Intern. This role offers hands-on experience in applying data science techniques to financial data, supporting decision-making, and driving insights that impact business strategy.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development of detailed financial models for reporting, forecasting, and budgeting

Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing financial datasets

Develop and maintain data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency

Collaborate with finance professionals to identify areas for data-driven improvements

Explore emerging analytical tools and technologies to enhance business intelligence capabilities

Support automation of reporting and financial processes using Microsoft Excel and Power BI

Required

Junior or Senior obtaining a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science or a related field

Attention to detail and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Eagerness to learn and apply emerging technologies in finance and business strategy

Organized, professional, and a self-starter

Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectives

Able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion when privy to sensitive information

Be a flexible and reliable teammate, both within the department and the company as a whole

Thrive in a dynamic, deadline driven environment

Presents self in professional manner and has the ability to interact with all levels of organization and outside contacts

Ability to work extended hours including evenings and/or weekends

Ability to attend company events
