Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
Drive new revenue by identifying, qualifying, and securing IT staffing and consulting opportunities
Build and manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring consistent growth and long-term retention
Expand existing client relationships through deeper account penetration and additional staffing needs
Proactively prospect new clients and contacts to increase System One’s market presence
Maintain regular communication with clients to anticipate hiring demand and workforce needs
Deliver virtual, phone, and in-person presentations tailored to client objectives
Collaborate closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure strong execution and client satisfaction
Stay informed on IT staffing market trends to support strategic sales efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in IT staffing or consulting
Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new business
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as Bullhorn and ZoomInfo preferred
