Responsibilities

Partner with Enterprise Security leadership to drive planning, prioritization, and execution
Build and operationalize foundational business rhythms (e.g., QBRs, KPI/OKR tracking, exec reporting)
Translate security, risk, and incident data into clear insights for leadership decision-making
Support core business operations including basic budgeting, spend tracking, and financial structures
Improve operational processes, documentation, and governance to create repeatable, scalable models

Required

Business Operations or Program Manager background with strong execution and structure-building skills
Familiarity with security operations, incident/crisis management, or risk management environments
Strategic thinker who can operate with ambiguity and design solutions, not just run them
Financially competent (budgets, tracking, operational financials)
Strong communicator comfortable working with senior leaders

Preferred

Exposure to security technology, risk, threat management, or adjacent crisis-related domains
Understanding of security terminology and operating models
Experience building processes from scratch in evolving or high-stakes environments
