This highly consultative, field-based role focuses on coaching, supporting, and developing independent business owners to ensure exceptional service quality and best-in-class customer retention.

Responsibilities
Develop strong, trusted relationships with franchise business owners in your assigned territory
Conduct regular on-site brand standard audits to ensure service excellence
Perform proactive site visits to identify performance successes or issues and drive timely resolutions
Support business owners with customer retention strategies and professional communication
Identify and recommend special service opportunities to help business owners grow revenue
Serve as a liaison between business owners and customers when needed
Coach business owners through business planning sessions and ongoing development
Support onboarding and offboarding of customer accounts
Maintain accurate documentation of business owner and client records
Provide business and technical training (e.g., strip & wax, carpet extraction, buffing, etc.)
Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time
Provide on-call support as necessary
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4 years of janitorial operations and customer service experience
Proficient bilingual speaking and writing capabilities in English and Spanish (required)
Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to handle difficult situations and conversations professionally
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general internet operations
Professional appearance, demeanor, and discretion with sensitive information
Ability to work independently and remain solution-oriented
