Responsibilities
Support the Business Office for the Americas Customer Services & Delivery organization while gaining direct exposure to executive-level operations and decision-making
Own and contribute to complex, multi-faceted internal and customer-facing programs—including events, customer engagements, and partner initiatives—building strong program management and leadership skills
Collaborate closely with the Management Office and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate daily operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and help drive meaningful programs
Develop critical career skills across project and program management, strategic thinking, communications, and business acumen, while gaining hands-on experience with the SAP product suite, including AI, BDC, and the Integrated Tool Chain
Qualification
Required
4-year degree and familiarity managing multi-faceted projects
Experience with Social Media sites including content creation
Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across stakeholders and audiences
Self-starter with a proactive mindset; able to take ownership of work and move initiatives forward with minimal direction
Resourceful and curious, with a willingness to dig in, ask thoughtful questions, and find answers in complex or ambiguous situations
Comfortable navigating new challenges and learning quickly to deliver results
