Responsibilities
Assist in portfolio operations support for AMEM, including but not limited to presentation development, task management, internal communication copy development
Manage projects and tasks related to alternative model execution
Coordinates efficient execution of ad-hoc strategic projects, leveraging both internal and external resources as needed
Generates the necessary deliverables to educate and/or guide the relevant internal functions on evolving trends and insights and potential strategies to respond to identified changes
Manage the development of presentations on behalf of the VP of Finance and Supply Chain and other materials to provide insights to various stakeholders (ET, BoD, ExecMan, GFLT, Brand teams)
Working with the Sr. Director of the team to translate enterprise strategy aspirations into scalable business systems and processes and define initiatives to reach those aspirations
Manage and execute projects working closely together with respective F&SC and F&O LT members and their organizations to fulfil aspirations
Communicate around strategic initiatives to the F&O organization and the broader enterprise
Qualification
Required
Minimum Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience with Bachelor's or 2 years of relevant experience with Advanced degree
Advanced PowerPoint skills required
Have strong interpersonal; communication; analytical and project management skills
Ability to access and influence various functional areas and motivate groups to action without direct line management responsibility
Ability to utilize time effectively; sets priorities in order to manage multiple projects with time sensitive deadlines
Proactive, high energy and driven to complete projects
Solution orientated
Ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills, especially targeted towards senior management
