Responsibilities
Process invoices for daily per diem, pool chassis charges, ocean terminal storage, rail storage, and related fees
Manipulate and analyze data in Excel using tables, pivot tables, and other advanced features
Collaborate closely with the Accounts Payable Manager to manage vendor invoice aging reports
Import and audit monthly vendor invoices for accuracy, cross-referencing with our dispatch system and scanned documents
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers regarding billing for pool chassis and storage charges
Perform additional office tasks as assigned to support operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
1-2 years of business experience strongly preferred
Strong ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to recognize and appropriately respond to tone in phone and email correspondence
Proven capability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
Take pride in and ownership of your work; you are willing to 'roll up your sleeves' to get the job done and would say you have a strong work ethic
