Responsibilities

Develop and maintain documentation, including briefs, agendas, and status updates
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, editorial, social media, partnerships, and leadership teams
Manage projects in a fast paced, startup style, fully remote environment
Deliver clear communication through meetings and written updates
Translate client needs into actionable tasks for internal teams
Lead project check ins, managing project scope, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
Support the development of proposals including scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverable plans
Prepare polished decks and materials for partnership conversations
Participate in introductory calls and clearly captures next steps
Apply knowledge of digital media, brand partnerships, nonprofit advocacy marketing, or social impact spaces
Manage CRM updates and maintains a structured outreach and follow up system
Identify promising opportunities and surfaces them for leadership review
Support outreach for digital media brand partnerships
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual Spanish and English with Latine cultural fluency is required

Required

3+ years experience with managing multiple projects with clear timelines, budgets with strong follow through. Proven track record of successfully managing projects of all scales
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with native-level Spanish speaking and writing skills required
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Known for taking initiative and getting things done
Track record of prioritizing multiple projects, thrives in a fast-paced environment, meets multiple deadlines, and maintains attention to detail
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual Spanish and English with Latine cultural fluency is required
