Territory Manager - NC/SC
Alma Lasers is a global leader in innovative laser and light-based solutions for the medical aesthetic and surgical markets. The Territory Manager will be responsible for developing and executing territory sales strategies, building customer relationships, and driving revenue growth in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and drive consistent growth
Proactive prospecting and building a high-quality sales pipeline
Advancing opportunities from initial contact through close
Owning results within the assigned territory
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Conduct consultative sales conversations and position value in complex, high-ticket sales cycles
Analyze market dynamics and identify new business opportunities
Create targeted territory and account plans that align company objectives with customer needs
Qualification
Required
Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate market data to identify opportunities and trends
Expertise in Business Planning and strategic thinking to create and execute sales plans
Excellent Communication and relationship-building skills to engage with customers and team members effectively
Proven Customer Service skills and a commitment to providing exceptional client support
Experience in Outside Sales, including conducting product demonstrations and meeting revenue targets
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Thrive in an extremely fast-paced work environment
Preferred
Prior experience in the medical aesthetics or medical device industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
