Responsibilities
Design SAP IS Solutions: Analyze business requirements and design SAP IS solutions for utilities clients, ensuring that solutions meet their specific needs and optimize their utilities operations
Implement SAP IS Modules: Configure and implement SAP IS modules, including industry-specific functionality for utilities, such as SAP Utilities and SAP CRM for Utilities
Develop Client Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions that improve customer experience and increase efficiency
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and provide training and support to clients on SAP IS solutions
Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and SAP product developments to ensure solution relevance and competitiveness
Qualification
Required
SAP IS Solution Design: Experience with designing SAP IS solutions for utilities clients, analyzing business requirements to optimize utilities operations and improve customer experience
SAP IS Module Implementation: Experience in configuring and implementing SAP IS modules, including industry-specific functionality for utilities such as SAP Utilities and SAP CRM for Utilities
Client Relationship Management: Experience with developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions that increase efficiency
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and providing training and support to clients on SAP IS solutions
Industry Trend Awareness: Experience staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and SAP product developments to ensure solution relevance and competitiveness
