Human Resources Development Manager

Cambrian Financial Management Services is a woman-owned Financial Management Service dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities. They are seeking an experienced HR professional to provide hands-on leadership across core HR functions and support the development of their people and culture.

Responsibilities

Support and finalize the onboarding process for new field employees
Assist with processing terminations and resignations for field employees
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with federal and state employment laws
Communicate professionally with clients, co-employees, and internal departments to ensure smooth HR operations
Monitor and support compliance with employment regulations, payroll, paid sick leave, leaves of absence (CFRA/FMLA) and EDD claims

Qualification

California labor lawsHuman Resources experienceHRSHRM certificationMicrosoft ExcelBilingual in SpanishCustomer service skillsMicrosoft TeamsCommunication skills

Required

3- 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role
Be familiar with California labor laws and related compliance standards
Strong communication / customer service skills when working with employees
Familiar with workplace software such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams
MUST be bilingual in Spanish and English

Preferred

Degree related to HR or SHRM certification is preferred
