Responsibilities
Manage SharePoint Online sites, permissions, site collections, and storage
Implement governance, security, and compliance best practices
Monitor performance and site health using Microsoft 365 admin tools & PowerShell
Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, and Power Apps
Handle backup, restoration, versioning, and user support
Build custom solutions using SPFx, React, TypeScript, HTML/CSS/JavaScript
Develop workflows and automation using Power Automate & PowerShell
Customize pages, forms, and lists using Power Apps & JSON formatting
Create SPFx web parts, extensions, and site templates
Integrate with external systems using REST APIs & Microsoft Graph API
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) administration & development
Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
Hands-on experience with SPFx, PnP PowerShell, Graph API
Knowledge of modern SharePoint architecture & permissions
Familiarity with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience working in enterprise environments
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Strong understanding of M365 security and governance
