7+ years expCrox Consulting Inc is seeking an experienced Business Process Transformation / Process Improvement Project Manager to support enterprise-wide HR and People Operations initiatives. This role will work closely with senior leadership to manage, execute, and deliver multiple process improvement and transformation projects across various HR domains.

Responsibilities
Perform cost-benefit and PMO reporting analysis across multiple projects
Lead process improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and operational efficiency
Conduct root-cause analysis, value stream mapping, and process re-engineering workshops with stakeholders
Build and review detailed process models, organizational charts, and documentation
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), KPIs, and benchmarking metrics
Facilitate workshops and remediation sessions with SMEs
Create process maps, project plans, data collection plans, and analytical reports
Identify process gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities using Lean principles
Support business architecture and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure adherence to standardized work and documentation governance
Qualification
Required
Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Required) (Black Belt strongly preferred)
7+ years of experience in Business Process Modeling and Process Improvement
Strong expertise in MS Visio for process mapping (mandatory)
Proven experience leading strategic and local process improvement projects
Ability to conduct Kaizen events and Continuous Improvement initiatives
Strong project management, coordination, and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
MS Visio (Expert level)
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
SharePoint (2010 or higher)
Microsoft Project (2010 or higher preferred)
BPMN-based process modeling
Experience with SOP creation and documentation audits
Preferred
Black Belt strongly preferred
Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM / Oracle HCM (preferred)
Exposure to cloud migration initiatives (preferred)
Knowledge of public mass transit assets and operations
Experience working in large enterprise or public-sector environments
Strong background in Lean methodologies (5S, waste elimination, flow optimization, error proofing)
