Experience in conducting Field Service work, including inspections, testing, and service visits at client sites
Excellent Customer Service abilities to communicate effectively with clients and ensure a positive experience
Relevant technical training, certifications, or experience in mechanical systems or a related field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment
Willingness to respond to emergency service calls and availability for flexible working hours if needed
Mechanical Journeyman License
EPA refrigerant License
