Responsibilities
Prospect & Qualify: Build your own pipeline of P&C agencies and Benefits brokers. You are expected to hunt, not just wait for inbound leads
The Pitch: Deliver a sharp, 15-minute pitch to Agency Owners. You must be able to explain, simply, how our plug-and-play stack generates revenue without them needing to learn underwriting or compliance
Navigate the sale: Overcome the standard objections ("We're too busy," "We don't do Life," "I have a carrier for that")
Qualification
Required
3-6 Years of Sales Experience: You have a track record of hitting quotas in B2B sales. (Experience selling to insurance agencies is a massive plus)
Resilient: You are comfortable with high-activity sales. You don't get discouraged by 'No.'
Coachability: You take feedback quickly and iterate on your pitch
Organized: You live in the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce). You know that if it isn't tracked, it didn't happen
