Responsibilities
Design, build, test, and maintain Workday Benefits & Finance integrations
Serve as SME for Workday Benefits integrations
Partner with stakeholders and vendors to deliver effective integration solutions
Ensure integrations align with business needs and Workday best practices
Qualification
Required
4–5 years of hands-on Workday Benefits integration experience
Experience with Workday Core Connector
At least 2 full Workday Benefits implementations
Experience gathering requirements and working with third-party vendors
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
End-to-end Workday experience from requirements through deployment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
Workday Integration Pro certification a plus
