Responsibilities
Serve as the administrative backbone of the studio, keeping systems, files, and daily workflows organized
Support the Head of Operations with scheduling, documentation, internal coordination, and follow-through
Maintain shared drives, internal records, and basic reporting with accuracy and discretion
Be a warm, professional voice of the brand when communicating with customers and vendors via email, phone, and in person
Answer customer questions related to orders, shipping, events, and general inquiries with care and confidence
Support order follow-ups, special requests, and white-glove customer service moments
Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining a calm, solution-oriented tone
Assist with day-to-day studio needs to keep the business running smoothly
Coordinate across production, shipping, and creative teams when needed
Travel occasionally to select trade shows, trunk shows, or brand events to assist with setup, customer interaction, and on-site support
Help ensure the studio and event experience reflects the Cerese D brand, organized, intentional, and elevated
Qualification
Required
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Comfortable working on a computer with strong skills in email, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and basic systems
Clear communicator with a professional yet warm demeanor
Confident speaking with customers and handling sensitive situations gracefully
Comfortable with occasional travel and flexible during key event periods
Adaptable and eager to grow as the company grows
Preferred
Appreciates fashion, art, design, or creative businesses (experience in these areas is a plus, not a requirement)
