Responsibilities
Plan and schedule project goals, milestones and deliverables
Document project status reports and provide timely information to all stakeholders
Develop Engineering solutions to technical problems
Implement projects to improve safety, efficiency and reduce cost
Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve automation issues
Partner with plant maintenance leaders to drive process improvement throughout company
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Packaging Technology, Engineering or related field
4 years process engineering or technical manufacturing experience in the plastics industry
4 years Project Management experience
Preferred
Experience in a manufacturing facility using Injection Molding
Green or Black Belt (Lean Six Sigma) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience using CAD design software, SolidWorks and Auto Cad
