Responsibilities
Overseeing one large HVAC/mechanical project (≈$30M) along with smaller ad‑hoc projects as needed
Managing and strengthening vendor relationships, particularly within the Chicago market
Coordinating across engineering, construction, and sales teams to support RFI responses and future project planning
Communicating on behalf of technical stakeholders such as construction managers and mechanical engineers
Supporting site activities as needed with occasional travel around the Chicago region
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience with project management, specifically within HVAC or mechanical services
Experience leading construction projects involving HVAC equipment such as air handler replacements, central plants, and large-scale mechanical systems
Strong vendor-management skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams in engineering, construction, and sales
Construction background, with the ability to oversee multimillion-dollar projects
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
